Interactive Sessions
Low-risk exposure to the transition framework that can be completed in two-and-a-half hours. Serves as either a stand alone event that builds early buy-in and momentum, or as a genuine first step before committing to a full program. Each Interactive Session includes a facilitated Q & A, a mini strategy sprint, a visioning exercise, and a final report. The result is a concrete outcome your team can point to when building the case for a fuller engagement.

Where We Stand: Environmental Visioning
A hands-on session focused on your organization’s environmental footprint and priorities. Includes guided Q&A, a mini-sprint on your team’s most pressing environmental question, and a visioning exercise to surface what “progress” would actually look like for your organization. Not a substitute for a full Environmental Impact Assessment — a genuine first look at where you stand and what might come next.
Naming the Gap: Social Impact & Inclusion
An interactive session exploring the space between your organization’s stated values around inclusion and impact, and how things actually operate day to day. Includes guided Q&A, a mini-sprint identifying one concrete gap worth closing, and a visioning exercise built around your team’s own priorities. A real sample of the Social Sustainability Program’s methodology — not a full assessment, but a genuine starting point.
Trust First:
Culture Readiness
A session built around the internal trust and readiness questions that shape whether any change effort succeeds. Includes guided Q&A, a mini-sprint surfacing where trust is strong and where it isn’t, and a visioning exercise for what a more resilient internal culture would look like. Useful on its own, or as an early signal for whether the Organizational Capacity & Culture Program is the right next step.
Values Into Practice: Visioning Starting Point
A general session for organizations ready to explore sustainability and inclusion but not yet sure where to begin. Includes guided Q&A, a mini-sprint on one immediate opportunity, and a visioning exercise to align your team around shared values and goals. This session offers a sample of the Transition Framework, built around your organization’s emerging and collective priorities.
